RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT:
The emphasis of the R&D centre (Egattur, Tamil Nadu) is on
developing technologies for Multi-step Organic Synthesis. Drug
Intermediates, Bulk Drugs and a host of other Fine Chemicals
useful in varied fields fall under this purview.
The R&D Department develops the technologies for various compounds in the
laboratory scale and the Project Department helps in
scaling up the above technologies from lab scale to production
scale.
